1. Who We Are
Women for Responsible Cannabis Legalization (WRCL) is a women-led, ally-welcoming coalition building a fully legal whole-plant cannabis economy in the United States. WRCL works to deschedule cannabis, establish a complete federal framework across adult-use, medical, and hemp markets, and advance an inter se treaty pathway that resolves international legal contradictions.

2. Eligibility
This Site is intended for adults. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement.

3. No Legal, Medical, or Professional Advice
WRCL provides educational information and policy analysis only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, medical advice, investment advice, compliance certification, lobbying-compliance representation, or a recommendation regarding any regulated commercial activity.

4. What WRCL Does
WRCL convenes and coordinates a coalition working toward a fully legal whole-plant cannabis economy, including adult-use, medical, hemp, commerce, repair, and treaty alignment.

WRCL is not:

a law firm, and it does not provide legal representation;

a government agency or official congressional office;
a platform for buying or selling cannabis or arranging cannabis transactions;
a substitute for registered lobbying-compliance counsel;
or a guarantee of legal, regulatory, or commercial outcomes.

5. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website to:

  • solicit unlawful transactions,
  • misrepresent yourself as a WRCL spokesperson without permission,
  • misuse coalition directories or participant information,
  • submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing,
  • or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

6. Confidentiality and Community Conduct
Participants and visitors must respect confidentiality settings. Do not disclose another participant’s involvement, comments, or draft contributions without permission. Materials marked draft or internal are not public unless WRCL says otherwise.

7. Sharing Public Materials

8. User Submissions
If you submit content to WRCL — including form responses, emails, feedback, comments, or suggested edits — you grant WRCL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your submission for coalition operations, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as forms, email platforms, file-hosting services, and video-conferencing tools. WRCL is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
